Key Performance Areas:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination of training, report writing, administering training records and documentation. The candidate must liaise with the relevant SETA regarding learnership agreements and payment claims as well as assisting with the compilation and submission of the WSP and BBBEE report, managing relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders, processing of payments and general office administration.

Knowledge and Skills:

The ideal candidate will have a BTech in Human Resources , be accredited as an assessor with 1 year experience in reporting to a SDF and have an understanding of the following Acts: Skills Development Act, BBBEE , SAQA, LRA , BCEA, and EEA. The candidate must have experience in assisting with the compilation of WSP, working with the SETAs and passionate about customer service.

This position requires a person who has the ability to project manage training,  is passionate about people development and has strong interpersonal skills. The ability to pay attention to detail and compile accurate and up to date records is a prerequisite.

Key Performance Areas: The successful candidate will be responsible for in-house training as well as accredited programs, including food handling and dairy specific skills programs. This position will include the following: registration and scheduling of learners; facilitation of classes and practicals; assessment of learners; administration of all training documentation and records related to these programmes, and monthly reports on learner progress.

Knowledge and Skills: The ideal candidate will be matriculated and have a BTech HR tertiary qualification, as well as be accredited as an assessor with 1-year experience in a dairy or manufacturing environment. An additional requirement will include the successful implementation and completion of SAQA accredited training programs.

 Key Performance Areas:

The successful candidate will report to the General Managers of Logistics and Sales and Marketing and will be the point of contact between their offices and all parties who interact with them. Other duties will include management and co-ordination of meetings and appointments, clerical administration and report preparation, taking of minutes, the co-ordination of travel arrangements for these departments (flights, accommodation, car hire and forex) and the management of these accounts.

Knowledge and Skills:

 This position requires a highly experienced individual with a minimum of 5 years in a comparable role. The job holder must be a strong communicator who is able to interact across all levels within the organisation as well as external parties. A high level of English proficiency with a strong emphasis on grammatical competence will be expected. The role requires multi-tasking under pressure and the provision of administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner, while acting with utmost discretion in dealing with confidential matters. A high level of competency in MS Office packages and a valid driver’s licence are expected.  A relevant tertiary qualification would be an added advantage. Reputable, contactable references are essential.

Key Performance Areas: The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and updating the Energy Management (EnMS) tool (ISO 50 001). Implementing and updating the AWS tool regarding water stewardship. Applying and preparing for certification for ISO 50 001 and AWS system. Processing and analysis of EnMS & AWS data and results. Collecting data regarding energy usage and recording on EnMS tool. Collecting data for AWS program and recording on AWS system. Ensuring certification of ISO 50 001 and AWS is achieved and upheld. Ensuring continuous improvement of ISO 50001 & AWS systems.

Knowledge and skills: The successful candidate will have a minimum of BSc Honours or higher qualification in Environmental or Energy Management. Minimum of one year experience in Environmental, Energy, Water and Waste Management systems. The candidate must have communication skills and interpersonal skills to be able to interact well with various departmental staff to gather required information. Working experience in energy management systems (ISO 50001) and Knowledge of water stewardship management system will be advantageous. The candidate must be available from January or February 2019.
