Sales Administrator – Dairy Shops

Key Performance Areas:
The primary function of the jobholder will be the administration of the Woodlands Dairy `Dairy Shops’. This will include: accurate processing of sales documentation, validation of stock returns, investigation of stock variances and month end reconciliations. The jobholder will be expected to ensure stock availability and to monitor stock levels to prevent out of stocks. In addition to the above the jobholder will provide general admin support to the sales team.
Knowledge and Skills:
The position requires an individual with a 3 year financial or administration qualification or 4-5 years’ experience gained in a similar position. Experience in a FMCG Manufacturing environment and ERP Management System will be an advantage. The candidate must have excellent administrative skills, the ability to communicate effectively, be able to handle multiple projects and work independently. A Valid Drivers License will be an advantage.
