HR Internship (1 year contract)

Key Performance Areas:

The successful candidate will be required to assist with Human Resources related duties such as, but not limited to recruitment, welfare, staff functions, industrial relations and learning and development. The incumbent should be an organized and process driven individual. The ideal candidate must be able to work under pressure and as part of a team and adhere to set deadlines. He/ she must have excellent command of the English language, excellent written, grammatical and communication skills, self-motivated and driven individual with strong interpersonal communication skills. Assist with daily Human Resources related queries from staff. The successful candidate will report to the Human Resources Officer in terms of daily activities and or tasks as well as to monitor the productivity and quality of your work. The incumbent will also be responsible for the ordering of stationery supplies for the Human Resources Office.

Knowledge and Skills:

The successful candidate will have completed a Degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management, preferably an unemployed graduate with no previous working experience.
